What information do we collect?

When you contact us via contact forms or directly by email, we process the information you provide yourself, such as name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. If you choose to include sensitive information (e.g. health information), this will also be processed.

Purpose of processing

We use your information in order to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.

Legal basis

Ordinary personal data is processed because we have a legitimate interest in being able to respond to your inquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you send sensitive information, it is only processed because you choose to share it with us, thereby giving your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)).

Storage and deletion

We only retain your information for as long as it is necessary to handle your inquiry. After that, the data is deleted on an ongoing basis and no later than [insert period, e.g. 6 or 12 months].

Disclosure
